This premium penthouse has four wings, securing a complete privacy for all the apartment’s visitors. There is the bedroom wing, containing 3 splendidly designed bedrooms with exquisite 3 king-size beds completed with premium fluffy bedding. Two of the bedrooms have en-suit bathrooms, third bedroom does not have en-suit bathroom and is an open-bedroom located in the remote part of the apartment.  The master bedroom populated with an royal like bed and furnishing has also an en suit bathroom together with a walk-in closet and a direct view on the Dancing fountain and Burj Khalifa.  Third wing is the heart of the apartment, being populated by three sofas and large smart, curved TV accompanied by PlayStation 4 and games like Fifa.  There is one additional inflatable bed available, which can be used by two additional people making the apartment suitable for maximum of 12 people.   A fully equipped kitchen offers all facilities needed for light snacks and homely meals preparation.   The dining corner has a full tableware and cutlery equipment to host both casual and royal dinners.   Last wing of the apartment is created by a small bedroom populated by a bunk-bed able to provide sleeping to two adults, children or maid; the small bedroom has its own private bathroom attached.   

The guest pack provided with the apartment contains fresh and always clean bathroom amenities to make your stay “hotel feel like” and fragrant.  The apartment’s building also offers a gym and a pool, with a kid’s area to help the whole family enjoy their stay.
